The work Flowers by Wu Shujuan was auctioned at POLY in Hong Kong in May 2017. It achieved a price of HKD 47,200.00 (€ 5,389.60), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 57%. Admittedly, works by Wu Shujuan have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Wild Orchid in November 2011 with an auction result of HKD 400,000.00 (€ 38,266.56).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 57 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Flowers von Wu Shujuan kam im Mai 2017 bei POLY in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 47.200,00 (€ 5.389,60) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 57%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Wu Shujuan auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Wild Orchid im November 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 400.000,00 (€ 38.266,56).
