Despite a disappointment, a good price for Wonsook Kim Linton
In March 2007 a collector was able to acquire the work Untitled (Rock) Untitled (Landscape) by Wonsook Kim Linton for USD 1,200.00 (€ 897.26). This price was achieved in the auction Japanese and Korean Art at Christies in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 2,000.00 – 2,500.00 set by the auction house. Despite this disappointing result, Untitled (Rock) Untitled (Landscape) is the most expensive artwork by Wonsook Kim Linton that we have observed at auction so far.
