Despite a disappointment, a good price for Wim Blom
This work of art by Wim Blom could be acquired at Bonhams in London in December 2021 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Modern & Contemporary African Art Online auction, the work Sunset changed hands for GBP 510.00 (€ 608.32) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 700.00 – 1,000.00. Despite this disappointing result, Sunset is the most expensive artwork by Wim Blom that we have observed at auction so far.
