A top price for Willy Heeks - as previously expected
The work Balcony by Willy Heeks was auctioned at Christies in New York in December 2013. The price achieved of USD 2,375.00 (€ 1,723.64) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Balcony is the most expensive artwork by Willy Heeks that we have observed at auctions so far.
