Auction result well in line with expectations
In May 2008 Sothebys in London held the auction Scottish Pictures, which included the work On The Shore by William Miller Frazer. The price achieved of GBP 6,000.00 (€ 7,632.26) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Other works by William Miller Frazer have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October 2008 the work Unloading the boat was auctioned for GBP 9,000.00 (€ 11,471.77).
