In the Collector auction, Helsinki 6 OCTOBER (11 CET) F154 auction, the work Spring Sun. sold for EUR 800.00 - well above the estimate of EUR 400.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by William Lönnberg; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Apple Blossoms. sold at auction in October 2010 with the realized price of EUR 1,100.00.
