Estimate exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Jörg Immendorff achieved an unexpectedly high price at VAN HAM in September 2015. In the ACHENBACH Art Auction XXL auction, the work Malerstamm Ohne Titel sold for EUR 74,375.00 - well above the estimate of EUR 25,000.00. Admittedly, works by Jörg Immendorff have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Ende Gut, Alles Gut (All'S Well That Ends Well) in February 2007 with an auction result of GBP 288,000.00 (€ 426,949.66).
Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Jörg Immendorff erzielte im September 2015 bei VAN HAM einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion ACHENBACH Art Auction XXL wurde die Arbeit Malerstamm Ohne Titel für EUR 74.375,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem Schätzpreis von EUR 25.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Jörg Immendorff auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Ende Gut, Alles Gut (All'S Well That Ends Well) im Februar 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 288.000,00 (€ 426.949,66).
