Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2006 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction 20th Century Chinese Art, which included the work Village by the water by Wang Yunhe. The price achieved of HKD 132,000.00 (€ 12,800.84) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 100,000.00 – 200,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Wang Yunhe - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The series of Jiangnan cityscape No.3, which sold at auction in November 2005 for HKD 420,000.00 (€ 45,954.20).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2006 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion 20th Century Chinese Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Village by the water von Wang Yunhe zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 132.000,00 (€ 12.800,84) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 100.000,00 – 200.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Wang Yunhe mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit The series of Jiangnan cityscape No.3 beobachtet, die im November 2005 für HKD 420.000,00 (€ 45.954,20) versteigert wurde.
