Auction result well in line with expectations
In May 2005 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction 20th Century Chinese Art & Asian Contemporary Art, which included the work The Series of Modern Cites No. 2 by Wang Yunhe. The price achieved of HKD 384,000.00 (€ 39,988.99) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 350,000.00 – 450,000.00. Other works by Wang Yunhe have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November 2005 the work The series of Jiangnan cityscape No.3 was auctioned for HKD 420,000.00 (€ 45,954.20).

Im Mai 2005 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion 20th Century Chinese Art & Asian Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit The Series of Modern Cites No. 2 von Wang Yunhe zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 384.000,00 (€ 39.988,99) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 350.000,00 – 450.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Wang Yunhe konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im November 2005 die Arbeit The series of Jiangnan cityscape No.3 für HKD 420.000,00 (€ 45.954,20) versteigert.
