Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2006 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction 20th Century Chinese Art, which included the work Night scene of Hong Kong by Wang Yunhe. The price achieved of HKD 72,000.00 (€ 6,982.28) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. Admittedly, works by Wang Yunhe have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The series of Jiangnan cityscape No.3 in November 2005 with an auction result of HKD 420,000.00 (€ 45,954.20).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2006 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion 20th Century Chinese Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Night scene of Hong Kong von Wang Yunhe zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 72.000,00 (€ 6.982,28) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 60.000,00 – 80.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Wang Yunhe auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The series of Jiangnan cityscape No.3 im November 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 420.000,00 (€ 45.954,20).
