Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2004 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction 20TH CENTURY CHINESE ART, which included the work Magnificent Cityscape by Wang Yunhe. The price achieved of HKD 95,600.00 (€ 6,205.53) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 90,000.00 – 110,000.00. Admittedly, works by Wang Yunhe have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The series of Jiangnan cityscape No.3 in November 2005 with an auction result of HKD 420,000.00 (€ 45,954.20).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April 2004 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion 20TH CENTURY CHINESE ART durch, in der auch die Arbeit Magnificent Cityscape von Wang Yunhe zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 95.600,00 (€ 6.205,53) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 90.000,00 – 110.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Wang Yunhe auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The series of Jiangnan cityscape No.3 im November 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 420.000,00 (€ 45.954,20).
