Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Wang Yunhe could be acquired at Christies in Hong Kong in April 2004 for an unexpectedly low price. In the 20TH CENTURY CHINESE ART auction, the work Cityscape changed hands for HKD 59,750.00 (€ 3,878.46) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of HKD 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Wang Yunhe achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The series of Jiangnan cityscape No.3 in November 2005 with an auction result of HKD 420,000.00 (€ 45,954.20).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Wang Yunhe konnte im April 2004 bei Christies in Hong Kong für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion 20TH CENTURY CHINESE ART wechselte die Arbeit Cityscape für HKD 59.750,00 (€ 3.878,46) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 60.000,00 – 80.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Wang Yunhe erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The series of Jiangnan cityscape No.3 im November 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 420.000,00 (€ 45.954,20).
