Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Various Subjects by Wang Kun was sold in the Fine Modern Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy auction at POLY in Hong Kong in April 2015. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of HKD 20,000.00 – 50,000.00, the actual price achieved of HKD 23,600.00 (€ 2,727.47) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Wang Kun have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in September 2021 the work Landscape was auctioned for USD 5,737.50 (€ 4,955.95).

Die Arbeit Various Subjects von Wang Kun wurde im April 2015 in der Auktion Fine Modern Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy bei POLY in Hong Kong versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von HKD 20.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von HKD 23.600,00 (€ 2.727,47) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen.
