Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2007 Sothebys in London held the auction Russian Art and Paintings, which included the work The Garden Of Gethsemane by Vyacheslav Mikhailov. The price achieved of GBP 6,875.00 (€ 9,626.78) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Other works by Vyacheslav Mikhailov have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in February 2007 the work Petrovskaya Naberezhnaya was auctioned for GBP 9,600.00 (€ 14,231.66).

Im November 2007 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Russian Art and Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit The Garden Of Gethsemane von Vyacheslav Mikhailov zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 6.875,00 (€ 9.626,78) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 6.000,00 – 8.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Vyacheslav Mikhailov konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Februar 2007 die Arbeit Petrovskaya Naberezhnaya für GBP 9.600,00 (€ 14.231,66) versteigert.
