Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2018 Sothebys in London held the auction Russian Pictures, which included the work Winter by Vladimir Donatovich Orlovsky. The price achieved of GBP 81,250.00 (€ 91,826.35) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 70,000.00 – 90,000.00. Admittedly, works by Vladimir Donatovich Orlovsky have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Out At Pasture, Summer in April 2006 with an auction result of USD 464,000.00 (€ 367,553.87).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2018 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Russian Pictures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Winter von Vladimir Donatovich Orlovsky zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 81.250,00 (€ 91.826,35) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 70.000,00 – 90.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Vladimir Donatovich Orlovsky auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Out At Pasture, Summer im April 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 464.000,00 (€ 367.553,87).
