Auction result misses estimated price range
In October 2006 a collector was able to acquire the work Vico Grotta e vico Forno, Santa Lucia Vecchia, Napoli by Vincenzo Migliaro for USD 9,600.00 (€ 7,515.85). This price was achieved in the auction Orientalist Art, 19th Century European Art at Christies in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Vincenzo Migliaro achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Afternoon Siesta in April 2002 with an auction result of USD 130,500.00 (€ 144,967.78).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Oktober 2006 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Vico Grotta e vico Forno, Santa Lucia Vecchia, Napoli von Vincenzo Migliaro für USD 9.600,00 (€ 7.515,85) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Orientalist Art, 19th Century European Art bei Christies in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Vincenzo Migliaro erzielen.
