Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Vincenzo Cabianca achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in Milan in December 2007. In the 19th Century Paintings and Sculptures auction, the work Il Romito sold for EUR 43,450.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 18,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Vincenzo Cabianca; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Corteggiamento, 1860 sold at auction in June 2005 with the realized price of EUR 74,400.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Vincenzo Cabianca erzielte im Dezember 2007 bei Sothebys in Mailand einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion 19th Century Paintings and Sculptures wurde die Arbeit Il Romito für EUR 43.450,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 18.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Vincenzo Cabianca; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Corteggiamento, 1860 im Juni 2005 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 74.400,00.
