In November 2021 Sothebys in London held the auction 20th Century Art: A Different Perspective, which included the work Circus Nepper by Vilmos Aba-Novák. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 56,700.00 (€ 66,571.13), 67% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Vilmos Aba-Novák; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Marktküche. 1930er Jahre. sold at auction in December last year with the realized price of CHF 67,400.00 (€ 68,174.93).

Im November 2021 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion 20th Century Art: A Different Perspective durch, in der auch die Arbeit Circus Nepper von Vilmos Aba-Novák zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 56.700,00 (€ 66.571,13) und damit 67% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Vilmos Aba-Novák; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Marktküche. 1930er Jahre. im Dezember letzten Jahres mit dem Hammerpreis von CHF 67.400,00 (€ 68.174,93).
