Auction result fails to reach estimate
In August this year a collector was able to acquire the work Exhibition poster from Kunstforeningen, 1962 by Vilhelm Lundstrøm for DKK 2,600.00 (€ 348.78). This price was achieved in the auction Modern art and design at Bruun Rasmussen and was even lower than the DKK 3,000.00 estimate set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Vilhelm Lundstrøm achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Standing model in May 2021 with an auction result of SEK 2,550,000.00 (€ 251,779.56).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt den Schätzpreis
Im August diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Exhibition poster from Kunstforeningen, 1962 von Vilhelm Lundstrøm für DKK 2.600,00 (€ 348,78) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Modern art and design bei Bruun Rasmussen erzielt und lag noch unterhalb des vom Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreises von DKK 3.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Vilhelm Lundstrøm erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Standing model im Mai 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 2.550.000,00 (€ 251.779,56).
