This artwork by Vilhelm Lundstrøm achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bukowski in Stockholm in May 2021. In the Modern Art + Design auction, the work Standing model sold for SEK 2,550,000.00 (€ 251,779.56) - well above the upper estimate of SEK 1,000,000.00. This high result makes Standing model the most expensive artwork by Vilhelm Lundstrøm that we have observed at auctions so far.
