Auction result fails to reach estimate
In December this year a collector was able to acquire the work Garden scene with flowers by Victor Brockdorff for DKK 2,600.00 (€ 348.80). This price was achieved in the auction Modern art and design at Bruun Rasmussen and was even lower than the DKK 3,000.00 estimate set by the auction house. Other works by Victor Brockdorff have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in February this year by the work Study of flowers at DKK 2,900.00 (€ 389.51).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt den Schätzpreis
Im Dezember diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Garden scene with flowers von Victor Brockdorff für DKK 2.600,00 (€ 348,80) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Modern art and design bei Bruun Rasmussen erzielt und lag noch unterhalb des vom Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreises von DKK 3.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Victor Brockdorff wurden auch schon teurer gehandelt; den höchsten Preis, den wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachten konnten, erzielte im Februar diesen Jahres die Arbeit Study of flowers mit DKK 2.900,00 (€ 389,51).
