Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Seascape by Vassilios Hatzis was sold in the The Greek Sale auction at Bonhams in London in November 2020. The price achieved of GBP 2,550.00 (€ 2,846.66) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Admittedly, works by Vassilios Hatzis have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Le coucher de soleil sur la baie in May 2021 with an auction result of EUR 27,812.50.
