In November 2017 Sothebys in London held the auction Russian Pictures, which included the work Winter Landscape by Vasily Vasilievich Rozhdestvensky. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 489,000.00 (€ 555,087.75), 63% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Vasily Vasilievich Rozhdestvensky; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Still Life With A Clay Jug sold at auction in November 2018 with the realized price of GBP 848,750.00 (€ 957,364.21).

Im November 2017 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Russian Pictures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Winter Landscape von Vasily Vasilievich Rozhdestvensky zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 489.000,00 (€ 555.087,75) und damit 63% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Vasily Vasilievich Rozhdestvensky; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Still Life With A Clay Jug im November 2018 mit dem Hammerpreis von GBP 848.750,00 (€ 957.364,21).
