Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Vasilis Zenetzis could be acquired at Sothebys in Olympia in May 2006 for an unexpectedly low price. In the The Greek Sale auction, the work Landscape With The Acropolis changed hands for GBP 900.00 (€ 1,313.71) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Other works by Vasilis Zenetzis have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in May 2006 by the work The Acropolis at GBP 1,320.00 (€ 1,926.77).
