In the Including the Bar-Gera Collection of Soviet Non-Conformist Art auction, the work Textile Design In Black And White sold for GBP 27,500.00 (€ 32,447.30) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 15,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Varvara Fedorovna Stepanova achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Figure With Guitar in June 2014 with an auction result of GBP 1,650,500.00 (€ 2,062,220.78).
