In May 2013 Il Ponte held the auction Moderrn and Contemporary Art, which included the work S.F.93 by Valentino Vago. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 1,500.00 25% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Valentino Vago have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Senza titolo in June 2015 with an auction result of EUR 11,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 25 % übertroffen
Im Mai 2013 führte Il Ponte die Auktion Moderrn and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit S.F.93 von Valentino Vago zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 1.500,00 und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Valentino Vago auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Senza titolo im Juni 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 11.000,00.
