Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Wellensittiche (Budgies) by Ulrich Lamsfuß was sold in the The BAT Artventure Collection formerly known as The Peter Stuyvesant Collection – Part Three auction at Sothebys in Amsterdam in October 2011. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 3,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 3,750.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ulrich Lamsfuß - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "Mutter und Kind", which sold at auction in June 2020 for EUR 9,675.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Wellensittiche (Budgies) von Ulrich Lamsfuß wurde im Oktober 2011 in der Auktion The BAT Artventure Collection formerly known as The Peter Stuyvesant Collection – Part Three bei Sothebys in Amsterdam versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 3.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 3.750,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Ulrich Lamsfuß mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "Mutter und Kind" beobachtet, die im Juni 2020 für EUR 9.675,00 versteigert wurde.
