Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Figures And Colours by Twins Seven-Seven was sold in the British and Continental Pictures auction at Christies in London in March 2006. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 504.00 (€ 722.14). Admittedly, works by Twins Seven-Seven have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Ram Masquerade in March last year with an auction result of GBP 5,670.00 (€ 6,722.42).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Figures And Colours von Twins Seven-Seven wurde im März 2006 in der Auktion British and Continental Pictures bei Christies in London versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 504,00 (€ 722,14) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Twins Seven-Seven auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Ram Masquerade im März letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 5.670,00 (€ 6.722,42).
