The price achieved of EUR 11,160.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 9,000.00 – 12,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Tranquillo Cremona - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Bildnis der Künstlergattin., which sold at auction in September 2016 for CHF 26,900.00 (€ 24,693.04).
