Auction result misses estimated price range
When the work The Man Who Killed the Deer by Tracy Beeler was auctioned at Bonhams in Los Angeles in February 2019, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of USD 400.00 – 600.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for USD 125.00 (€ 109.85). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Tracy Beeler achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work From the Heart in February 2019 with an auction result of USD 4,750.00 (€ 4,174.36).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Als die Arbeit The Man Who Killed the Deer von Tracy Beeler im Februar 2019 bei Bonhams in Los Angeles versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von USD 400,00 – 600,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für USD 125,00 (€ 109,85) den Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Tracy Beeler erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit From the Heart im Februar 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 4.750,00 (€ 4.174,36).
