Artwork auctioned at three times the upper estimate price
This work without title by Tomonori Toyofuku was worth EUR 18,000.00 to a buyer in May 2021. This price was achieved in the auction Modern and Contemporary Art at Il Ponte and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of EUR 6,000.00 many times over. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Tomonori Toyofuku; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Sans Titre sold at auction in December 2015 with the realized price of EUR 25,000.00.

Die Arbeit ohne Titel von Tomonori Toyofuku war einem Käufer im Mai 2021 EUR 18.000,00 wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art bei Il Ponte erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 6.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Tomonori Toyofuku; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Sans Titre im Dezember 2015 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 25.000,00.
