This artwork by Tobias Stranover achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in July 2014. In the Old Master & British Paintings Day Sale auction, the work Macaws, A Black-Billed Magpie And A Robin With A Fruit Still-Life sold for GBP 50,000.00 (€ 63,065.72) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 20,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Tobias Stranover; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot A Great Curassow, Silver Pheasant, Golden Pheasant And Other Birds In A Landscape sold at auction in January 2014 with the realized price of USD 137,000.00 (€ 101,481.48).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Tobias Stranover erzielte im Juli 2014 bei Sothebys in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis.
