The work The Messiah, 2018 by Timothy Hon Hung Lee was sold in the Christie's London Staff Auction auction at Christies in London in September last year. The price achieved of GBP 2,520.00 (€ 2,868.00) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, The Messiah, 2018 is the most expensive artwork by Timothy Hon Hung Lee that we have observed at auctions so far.
