In June last year Phillips in Hong Kong held the auction 20th Century & Contemporary Art & Design Day Sale, which included the work Infinity Faces by Timothy Curtis. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 504,000.00 (€ 61,333.08), 68% above the upper estimate. This high result makes Infinity Faces the most expensive artwork by Timothy Curtis that we have observed at auctions so far.
