In February 2020 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Urban & Pop Contemporary, which included the work Ripper (Dessin Préparatoire) - 2010 by Tilt. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 1,560.00 30% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Tilt have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Anarchy In The Uk, 2013 in February 2014 with an auction result of EUR 8,710.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 30 % übertroffen
Im Februar 2020 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Urban & Pop Contemporary durch, in der auch die Arbeit Ripper (Dessin Préparatoire) - 2010 von Tilt zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 1.560,00 und damit 30% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Tilt auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Anarchy In The Uk, 2013 im Februar 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 8.710,00.
