This artwork by Tilo Baumgärtel achieved an unexpectedly high price at VAN HAM in Cologne in March 2021. In the SØR Rusche Collection - Shapes and Scapes | ONLINE ONLY auction, the work Post. sold for EUR 1,044.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 400.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Tilo Baumgärtel achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Fencing Lesson in October 2007 with an auction result of GBP 54,000.00 (€ 77,547.55).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Tilo Baumgärtel erzielte im März 2021 bei VAN HAM in Köln einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion SØR Rusche Collection - Shapes and Scapes | ONLINE ONLY wurde die Arbeit Post. für EUR 1.044,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 400,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Tilo Baumgärtel erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Fencing Lesson im Oktober 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 54.000,00 (€ 77.547,55).
