In December 2012 Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Autumn Classic Sale, Stockholm, which included the work Bullfinches in a rowan tree by Thure Wallner. The »bidding war« ended at SEK 26,000.00 (€ 3,028.67), 44% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Thure Wallner - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Roe deer in snowy forest, which sold at auction in December 2012 for SEK 90,000.00 (€ 10,483.85).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 44 % übertroffen
Im Dezember 2012 führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Autumn Classic Sale, Stockholm durch, in der auch die Arbeit Bullfinches in a rowan tree von Thure Wallner zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von SEK 26.000,00 (€ 3.028,67) und damit 44% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Thure Wallner mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Roe deer in snowy forest beobachtet, die im Dezember 2012 für SEK 90.000,00 (€ 10.483,85) versteigert wurde.
