Auction result well in line with expectations
In February last year Grisebach held the auction Online Only 2021/2022 - Sammlung Berliner Sparkasse Online Only, 11. - 2., which included the work „Salzgitter“. by Thomas Hartmann. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 2,000.00 – 3,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 2,250.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Thomas Hartmann have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work „KARTOFFEL-Ernte“. in November 2019 with an auction result of EUR 12,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Februar letzten Jahres führte Grisebach die Auktion Online Only 2021/2022 - Sammlung Berliner Sparkasse Online Only, 11. - 2. durch, in der auch die Arbeit „Salzgitter“. von Thomas Hartmann zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 2.250,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Thomas Hartmann auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit „KARTOFFEL-Ernte“. im November 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 12.500,00.
