This artwork by Thomas Brown Clark achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in London in March 2006. In the The Scottish Sale auction, the work Battersea Power Station sold for GBP 900.00 (€ 1,289.54) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 500.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Thomas Brown Clark; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot The Forth Bridge sold at auction in March 2006 with the realized price of GBP 1,560.00 (€ 2,235.20).

In der Auktion The Scottish Sale wurde die Arbeit Battersea Power Station für GBP 900,00 (€ 1.289,54) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 500,00.
