Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Hushpuppy. by Thomas Bayrle was auctioned at VAN HAM in March this year. It achieved a price of EUR 594.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 19 %. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Thomas Bayrle achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Tassenfrau (Milchkaffee) (Cup Woman (Milk Coffee)) in October 2019 with an auction result of GBP 237,500.00 (€ 275,482.97).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Hushpuppy. von Thomas Bayrle kam im März diesen Jahres bei VAN HAM zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 594,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 19 %. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Thomas Bayrle erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Tassenfrau (Milchkaffee) (Cup Woman (Milk Coffee)) im Oktober 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 237.500,00 (€ 275.482,97).
