Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Double Back by Thérèse Oulton was auctioned at Christies in London in June 2005. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 4,320.00 (€ 6,402.51) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Thérèse Oulton have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in December 2010 the work Lacuna was auctioned for USD 13,750.00 (€ 10,362.50).

Die Arbeit Double Back von Thérèse Oulton kam im Juni 2005 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 4.320,00 (€ 6.402,51) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von Thérèse Oulton konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Dezember 2010 die Arbeit Lacuna für USD 13.750,00 (€ 10.362,50) versteigert.
