Here, the upper estimate of GBP 6,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 6,875.00 (€ 9,616.41). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Théobald Michau achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Travellers And Their Herds Departing From A Village; Travellers Unpacking Their Carts And Entering A Village in July 2014 with an auction result of GBP 158,500.00 (€ 199,918.33).
