In the Old Master Paintings auction, the work A monk scribe sold for USD 144,000.00 (€ 112,737.81) - well above the upper estimate of USD 80,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by The Master of The Annunciation To The Shepherds achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Annunciation to the Shepherds in July 2014 with an auction result of GBP 2,434,500.00 (€ 3,070,669.94).
