This artwork by Telemaco Signorini achieved an unexpectedly high price at Il Ponte in October 2014. In the Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo auction, the work Riposo della ninfa sold for EUR 14,500.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 8,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Telemaco Signorini achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Una via di Firenze (La casa di Dante da Castiglione nel mercato vecchio di Firenze), 1881 circa. in November 2005 with an auction result of EUR 160,100.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 81 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Telemaco Signorini erzielte im Oktober 2014 bei Il Ponte einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo wurde die Arbeit Riposo della ninfa für EUR 14.500,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 8.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Telemaco Signorini erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Una via di Firenze (La casa di Dante da Castiglione nel mercato vecchio di Firenze), 1881 circa. im November 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 160.100,00.
