Auction result well in line with expectations
In May 2018 POLY held the auction The Beauty of Brushes – A Selection of Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy 4, which included the work Plum Blossom by Tan Yuese. The price achieved of HKD 5,900.00 (€ 644.60) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 5,000.00 – 8,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Tan Yuese achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Portrait Of Guanyin in March 2019 with an auction result of HKD 106,200.00 (€ 12,050.12).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Mai 2018 führte POLY die Auktion The Beauty of Brushes – A Selection of Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy 4 durch, in der auch die Arbeit Plum Blossom von Tan Yuese zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 5.900,00 (€ 644,60) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 5.000,00 – 8.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Tan Yuese erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Portrait Of Guanyin im März 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 106.200,00 (€ 12.050,12).
