Auction result well in line with expectations
The work SNOW TOWN by Takehisa Yumeji was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2016. The price achieved of HKD 275,000.00 (€ 31,784.91) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 220,000.00 – 420,000.00. Other works by Takehisa Yumeji have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2016 the work Lady of Tsuboya was auctioned for HKD 500,000.00 (€ 57,790.75).
