Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Takato Yamamoto was sold in the Contemporary Asian Art auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2014. The price achieved of HKD 250,000.00 (€ 23,251.62) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 180,000.00 – 280,000.00. Other works by Takato Yamamoto have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October 2010 the work Twin Roses was auctioned for HKD 475,000.00 (€ 44,101.77).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Takato Yamamoto wurde im April 2014 in der Auktion Contemporary Asian Art bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 250.000,00 (€ 23.251,62) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 180.000,00 – 280.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Takato Yamamoto konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Oktober 2010 die Arbeit Twin Roses für HKD 475.000,00 (€ 44.101,77) versteigert.
