Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In June last year Il Ponte held the auction Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo, which included the work Nudo femminile by Silvius Paoletti. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 1,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 1,100.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Silvius Paoletti achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The New Slippers in October 2004 with an auction result of USD 16,730.00 (€ 13,125.69).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Juni letzten Jahres führte Il Ponte die Auktion Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo durch, in der auch die Arbeit Nudo femminile von Silvius Paoletti zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 1.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 1.100,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Silvius Paoletti erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The New Slippers im Oktober 2004 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 16.730,00 (€ 13.125,69).
