Here, the upper estimate of USD 1,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 1,638.00 (€ 1,417.94). Other works by Sydenham Edwards have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 3,120.00 (€ 2,364.17) in December 2006 for the work The New Botanic Garden: Twelve Plates.
