Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Lotus by Sun Yunsheng was auctioned at Bonhams in Hong Kong in June 2021. The price achieved of HKD 35,700.00 (€ 3,877.95) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 20,000.00 – 50,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Sun Yunsheng achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Lotus in March 2019 with an auction result of HKD 354,000.00 (€ 40,167.08).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Lotus von Sun Yunsheng kam im Juni 2021 bei Bonhams in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 35.700,00 (€ 3.877,95) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 20.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Sun Yunsheng erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Lotus im März 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 354.000,00 (€ 40.167,08).
